I had a very positive experience with Aspen Dental. Dr. Brown and the entire staff were professional, knowledgable and their fees were compatible with my dental insurance network. No pain with three procedures and x-rays were taken throughout to assure that they were done correctly. I was impressed that I was not pressured to have unnecessary work done and appreciated Dr. Brown's explanation of my questions. Never did feel I was being talked 'down' to. first trip was a little awkward. i had no idea how things worked, and staff seemed mostly quiet. front desk lady made a comment about my daughters name, saying I was mean to give it to her... finance was nice as we spoke. when I came back for follow up the next day, much better experience! leigh was really nice and informative throughout things, and Dr. Outlaw was great too. 2nd trip earned my recommendation. I've already referred a cousin and scheduled my daughter's 1st appointment.

highly recommend Aspen dental. the staff was very kind gentle and did everything possible to put me at ease.. the dentist was was gentle explained everything in detail showed me the x-rays and exactly where the problems were gave clear advice on treatment plans and gave me options to choose from in the end all decisions were mine to make...
