More if a 4.5 ... I called and got right in the next day. 1st time there... maybe 15 min wait to go back. Not bad! A ton of xrays, which is good so they see everything!!! The girls came in and checked and evaluated things.. then Dentist came in and went over everything with me. Very detailed, answered questions, gave opinion... The only down fall i see is that nothing gets fixed the day of appointment. Another date gets set to fix problems. Some things ii totally get, but some could be done same day.
