This is the worst place they don’t take care of their people. If u have an appointment ur still gonna wait. They take money from u and then tell u they over charged on a cleaning. I thought this was a good place to go but clearly i am wrong!

I went to Sedalia for some toothache problems. I have one front tooth and two on the right side. I did all the x-rays, but when it comes down to relieving my pain They won’t help me until I do $2000 worth of cleaning and gum treatment. Right now I need my front tooth fixed and the other two that are also Hurting pulled. That’s what I need done first. But since I’ve done been to them, I wasted the insurance money for more x-rays. So now I’m out of luck. No insurance coverage for x-rays and I can’t get my toothaches fixed. So... read more

On m first visit they did x rays and made my impression I was supposed to set up an appointment to have my teeth removed a week after my teeth are done had the extractions but my teeth did not fit right aspen told me to make an appointment instead of working with me to get my dentures in which I was told they would do so here it is 4 days later have at least another 3 days before I can see if they are going to help or not so as you can see I’m very disappointed maybe someone will help next week

if you want to be treated disrespectfully lied to froced to watch other patients mistreated by front desk personel sedalia aspen dental is the place to go. the office manager was very polite and apologized for the front desks actions J E Eldridge satisfied with my denture however the front desk could use a bit of adjusting

Nothing but bad experiences. Had to go to a different dentist to fix their error. Save yourself some money and go literally anywhere else but aspen dental.

When I went in the police and told them I didn’t have insurance they look like I was lower than scum and right before the procedure they kept hounding me for the payment might as well say it was like they would not do the procedure unless they had the payment in the place was very dirty and dusty and after I gave him the payment it was like they were trying to hurry me up out of the place not happy at all with it

Very long wait time couldn’t do my X-ray because I gagged and the dentist said he didn’t have enough x rays to look at my teeth not very professional

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was told I have periodontal disease from this clinic and went to a different dentist due to insurance change and never being able to get ahold of Aspens office. The new office told me my teeth are perfectly fine and after tons of X-rays they could not find anything Aspen had told me about. So happy I switched and didn’t have to deal with them trying to get me to do cleanings every 3 months. Even told me my teeth would fall out if I didn’t do anything. Everyone at Aspen Dental was very friendly, helpful and informative. Such a great team working together. All precautions regarding COVID-19 were being followed. The facility was very clean. All my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable there. No pressure applied during the examination. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.
