I wasn't sure at first but after I got to the back with the x-ray lady I was laughing and time just flow by it was over wasn't all that bad they make me want to go back

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Aspen Dental. The staff were very kind and gave me a lot of time. Shawn, Shelly, Danielle, the dentist, and Amanda went above and beyond to get my financing done and to make me feel important. The dentist is friendly, talked to me and answered my questions. Shelly is awesome she went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted.
I am terrified of the dentist and with my own fear my children have never been until my son had a broken tooth that was absolutely killing him so we made an appt yesterday when we went his dental assistant we had Danielle was amazing with him and the dentist she was so gentle and caring with my baby! Thank you to the staff at Aspen Dental!!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Always waiting at least a hour passed our appt time… They always try to overcharge you until you call them out on it and it magically fixes itself. “Computer error”. Happened to myself and 2 immediate family members. My family and I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Office staff not accommodating at all for insurance form to be emailed back to me for supplemental insurance. Now all emails kicked back 🤬
it's been two years and paid out of pocket still no implant. their office is acting like they never done my teeth before
