Simplify the problem and look at what insurance covers before even proceeding with any procedure or pre-test. Patient will end up paying for something he did not ask for.

Scheduled appt for Saturday... arrived 30 minutes early after an hour drive..... office closed. Even rcvd text msg that morning confirming appt... 800 number could not provide explanation, offered to reschedule but do not want to drive that far one way again for noone to be there... horrible customer service. another patient was there also and not advised

I had an appointment at 7AM today and ended up leaving at 7:15AM because the building was not open and no one was there. Very unprofessional!!

RecommendedMy experience was ok. The front desk reception was not professional had her child at the desk with her.. Didn’t know much about the service they offer. The lady that did my x-rays was polite. But bruised my lip with the instrument. The hygienist was very nice a professional. The Dentist was by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. His hands where shaking. When he looked into my mouth. It appears to me he should have retired years ago. I need a lot of work done. HORRIBLE experience!!! Had an appointment at 1:45 because my friends wisdom teeth were coming in and she was in quite a bit of pain. We got there 20 min early. Everyone in the waiting room that got there after my friend all went in before her. We waited until 3 o’clock and nothing. The last straw was when a lady came in at 2:50 and immediately went in. Told the front desk lady that we have been waiting over an hour and everyone has been in before her and that we were leaving. All she did was say “ok” and answered the phone. ... read more
