Took over two hours for my first appointment. They keep sending you to a waiting room. And the dentist talked to me like I was a two year old. Many other things I could complain about but I won't waste anymore time or money on that place.

They lead me to believe they were affordable after I explained my financial situation and when I got done it was $ 7100 and all up front . Declines on both financial payment plans I think it was false advertisement consultation and a waist of my time and gas money to to clear to Sedalia . Most people in US cannot afford 1200 let alone 7100 . I have posted to most of my middle class Americans not to waist there time

I had to have a referral to have teeth surgical removed. upon a check up for the partial the Doc asked why I still had a tooth needing removed. " I don't know Doc you all set up the plan." He then informed me it needed removed. my reply was "Great! How much more will that cost me?" He assured me it was a mess up by them! and that Aspen Dental would correct it. Today at the rescheduled appointment, they said pay them or reschedule. WTF. Extortion anyone!

Don't waste your time with Aspen Dental in Sedalia. Two appointments and got turned away both times. The first they had computer and internet problems ok that happens so I rescheduled... get there today and they say my appointment didn't save we can't see you again! At least they could work you in after the 2nd time. I'll find another dentist that values the time of patients.

First time there, we arrived on time but it took three hours to get everything done for my husband and I. It was so, so long, even though I had a separate appointment from my husband, I asked why I was still waiting to see someone. It was like I was bothering her about it and she barely said something like « you are after you husband appointment ». Yes of course, but an hour after my suppose to be appointment, I was the next appointment! And others after me have been see by the doctor already. So, in my opinion, they overboo... read more
