Not even going to give any stars because they are ridiculously overpriced and the girls who work the front desk are absolutely rude and they will not call you back with any information but here is the biggest kicker !!! This "dentist office" had the worst customer service I have ever received. I get there 15 minutes before my appointment time and Watch 3 people that came in after me be taken right back. Then after sitting there 30 minutes past my appointment time watching 5 employees stand around patting each other on the back, talk about nonsense, text, and do everything except speak to the new patient that was about to spend ALOT of money. I typically never give reviews & rarely ever complain, but this was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I made an appointment and expressed the importance of same day service, due to my hectic work schedule. It was for a simple filling, i arrived in plenty of time for the appointment and I spent over an hour sitting in the waiting room, then another 30 minutes sitting in the chair before anyone even spoke to me. Don't waste you money,. After one year the teeth start falling out as they were probably adhered with Elmer's glue. The staff,and the district manager are rude. They never return calls and do not honor their policy. They rob you blind. Don't get fooled. See another reliable dentist . Aspen is a shady place with cruel and unfriendly staff. There will soon be some major protesting . Stay away from them and take my word.
