My appointment went very well as always everybody is very friendly always asking if I'm OK and that everything went well I recommend Aspen dental to anyone that needs work done
First consultation was yesterday, everyone I met was nice, friendly and professional. I really liked the dentist, she was very down to earth and easy to talk to. I really liked the way she interacted with the hygienists also. She showed respect and teamwork without the "I am the doctor" tone/demeanor. Have been bad and not been to the dentist in a little over 4 years, my previous dentist was great, I loved her but she only had office hours three days a week and only two in the summer months. I had 3 molars removed yesterday. I was in and out in an hour. I had zero discomfort. The staff was awesome. Thank you so much!!
Dr. Brown was a very kind and sympathetic man. He explained everything as he went, genuinely concerned about my pain. He made a horrible event tolerable. Dr Brown even called later last night to see how I am. His assistants were also great..
Very friendly & polite. Made me feel important and taken care of. They all seem to really care about the fact that I was in great pain. I have had 3 visits and every time I was treated the same. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. The only thing is that the last visit they were running really behind so I had to wait over an hour but the other two visits I didn't have to hardly wait 5 minutes and got right in.
