The staff were very polite and kind. everything was fine until I went to check out and $2k worth of work with know regard for the concept of money. part of that $2k was a $600 cleaning. I said well if we just do a standard cleaning that takes the bill down to $1400 and between the $700 I have left this year and the $1000 I will have the beginning of next year were all good. the lady acted like she had me over a barrel and the refused to move forward unless I went through with the $600 cleaning. Maybe if I leave a negative review Aspen will actually fix my problem. I have been billed two times now for one routine exam that my insurance will cover. The problem is Aspen never bothered to bill my insurance. Twice now my insurance has had to call Aspen and give them my insurance information because they keep on claiming that they never received it, even though they HAVE received it three times.
I went in embarrassed, knowing my teeth are not in the best shape. I have a broken tooth. I've also got an underlying health condition causing the destruction of bone, and I'm currently running around with a broken arm. I was made to feel more embarrassed as the doctor didn't listen and basically accused me of lying, then started talking around me to the tech. I gave one extra star only because the tech and hygienist were kind and considerate.
I did not like the experience. They had a new girl doing xrays with no supervision. After a long period of UNNECESSARY uncomfortableness another girl came in and re-did ALL of them. Then they are high pressure sales! They were NOT on time for my appointment! I hope to never go back!

I went in there in pain to get my tooth pulled and came out of there 4 hours later in more pain and the tooth was still in my mouth, after 6 shots and drilling in my mouth, he realized I had an infection, so know I have stiches and a swollen jaw and still in pain what a wasted of time and money
Have been fighting a bad tooth for about 3 years. Being one of those OLD SCHOOL dudes, I had reservations about going to the dentist. NOT ANY MORE. After initial consultation, ex-rays and preparing for the "SITUATION" I strode towards the chair of oral recline. Anxiously anticipating a needle shot in the mouth which would make one tighten muscles you didn't even know you had. Worst service ever!! Waited over a hour just to be seen and was there a total of 2 1/2 hours for everything and told me completely different than what I needed
