I went there yesterday and what a confusing mess. One didn’t know what the other said or did. They waaay overcharged for one extraction Far more than any other place in town. Shop around before you fall for there lead in line of bull!

They lured my husband and me in with free x-rays and an exam. I had no needs. He had a broken molar. The dentist looked at our x-rays and my teeth. She did not look at my husband's mouth at all. The dentist gave us minimal information. We went out to see "the closer". I was quoted $900 for several things, one which included gingivitis treatment. Answer their phones. I was suppose to have oral surgery on my remaining four teeth to get a full bottom plate. This was suppose to have been done on 3_36/20. They postponed it until 4/15/20 and now I can't get a phone call in to them to see if it is still scheduled. They took $450 toward itz so I can't go somewhere else. I have tried to call every phone number for every office within a 300 mile radias and everyone of them are busy. My 1st appointment was at the Mishawaka IN location. They kept pressuring me to spend money I did not have. This made me very uncomfortable, so I transferred my account to the South Bend IN office where things went from bad to worse!! 1st they claimed I had a $245 balance (which I didn't) they said they would fix it and call me later that day. I went to this location to get a teeth cleaning because it had been almost 3 years because I was without insurance. I was there for over 2 hours, full ex-rays were done and they looked at my gums. I was told that I had only one very small cavity and needed a deep cleaning (already knew this). I was also told that I had the early stages of periodontal desease. I went in they don't listen to the patients they are out to make money was told they would call and give me a quote also told my Insurance wasn't good I called my Insurance and it was in affect they want you to pay for stuff you don't need

They are good at getting you in when have pain. But the waiting time sucks. Appointment at 2:15 and it it is now 2:41 and is still in the waiting room. While other people who came in after us have been called back.....I even showed up early in order to fill out paper work....ugh

The staff people we dealt with didn't seem to know what they were doing. We waited over 2 hours for about 2 minute consult with a dentist. Very unimpressed by the lack of professionalism. I wouldn't let this place work on me for fear of them doing irreparable damage out of incompetence.
