I am traveling from Michigan towards California and my crown just fell off on a Friday night. The first available appointment was on Tuesday at 10. The office was very busy, very crowded but the staff was friendly. They insisted that I fill out paperwork and took unnecessary full mouth X-rays. I have been on a medication that completely destroyed my teeth and made me self conscious about smiling and made it very difficult to even eat. I made my appointment at this office with ease, my first appointment went smooth, the staff was amazingly nice and everything was explained to me in detail. My second visit was for a cleaning, root canal, and crown, the hygienist Leslie was great and Dr. Ledwidge kept me informed on every step of the root canal and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really like Aspen Dental. They always work with me around my schedule & financial situation. The people there are very friendly & do what they can to make me as comfortable as possible. I have health issues that they are very understanding about.
I can only rave about the professional and kind treatment I received there. Dr. Ledwidge was one of the finest I have ever had in my life (and let me tell you that I have say in that chair a great number of times in my life all over the place). I really felt that I was the center of their view in that they did everything they could do to assure that my experience was top notch. I have had bad experiences with dentist as a child but I heard good things about Aspen. So I really needed some dental work done and went in for X-rays and consultation and knew what I needed done and they did not sell me anything more than I needed or wanted. From the receptionist, hygienist, Doctors and Office Manager, they were very caring, compassionate and even helped with the financial end.. Made my 1st experience great. Thumbs up from someone who hates Dentists..
