Do NOT go to this office. Ive had 7, yes 7, appointments cancelled on me THIS YEAR!!!! Sometimes not finding out they were cancelled untill I got to the office. I will be finding a new dentist.
I went there to look into getting a wisdom tooth pulled that has been hurting months.. It was suppose to just be a consult they pulled it for me couple hours later.. The doctor was good it been 24 hours since pulled and I still pain free with no meds
Had an appointment today, which was rescheduled twice before. I get to the office and am told that, not only was my deposit not enough money, they also needed 60% of the total amount. Totally surprised by that, because they did not tell me about it beforehand, only that I would need the initial deposit. I called for an appt last friday for a broken tooth that prevents me from biting down and had an appt today. They Tried to call me to reschedule appointment times all week, then only to cancel the day of appointment!! I will be looking else where !!! From what i see I'm not missing out !
Hands down, far and away the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I went in for a simple tooth extraction and the staff at Aspen decided that they were going to put me through the ringer, take about 20 xrays (even though my personal dentist sent xrays over to them, they said they never received it, yeah right), poked and proded me for an hour trying to upsell me on everything they could. First time on April 19th, i had an appointment for 3 30pm, I sat out in the lobby for abt 45 mins to an hour before went in the back for my filled in. Do you know I didnt get out of there until 3 hrs later!!!!!! That's is crazy. Poor service. Don't get me wrong its a good place and dentist but needs some improvement on services. I went there about 5 years ago and they told me I had 8 cavity's and needed 6000 dollars worth of other dental work after insurance co pay. Went to dentist today and found out I only have 2 cavity's and my total bill was less than 400. They are scam artist and u should avoid at all cost.
Waited 3 hours for a minor surgical procedure. Very unorganized. Would not recommend.
