I have visited the Ireland Road location twice now, with 3 more visits coming up. Love the staff! Always super friendly. They always make sure they talk me through everything. However, they need to work on their scheduling and timing. My first appointment was scheduled for 10:15, and I didn't get called back until 10:45. My second appointment was a little better. I had my Wisdom teeth removed today, and another tooth which has been damaged badly by the impacted wisdom tooth. I arrived and was greeted and had to fill s some paperwork in after my initial assessment a week before. The staff know what they are doing, and are polite and courteous , I have a terrible fear of dentists since a child but I enjoyed my experience for the first time in 42 years today. I'm dealing with a cracked back molar-significant pain and swelling. After scheduling an appt online ( which is nice), I had my visit yesterday. I had printed and filled out all of my paperwork, in advance, so my wait was minimal. The x-ray tech and hygienist were very kind, and gentle, as I was having trouble opening my mouth very far.
