I went to this aspen dental location yesterday to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had a terrible experience. I am a person who has high anxiety and suffers from panic attacks. Dr. Patel was not understanding of that. He was very harsh and rude. I was told by the dental assistant that I wasn’t complying. I was basically choked during my surgery. I left the office at 1PM and Walmart didn’t receive my pain medicine prescription until after 4:30 PM, so I was in a lot of pain until my medicine was finally consumed. I have a fear o... read more

This place fucking sucks. They will overcharge on everything, sell you stupid shit you don’t need like toothbrushes and $500 plastic mouth guards but can’t return a fricking phone call if a patient is having a problem.

I have dental insurance. Aspen Dental charged me over $2,000 I should not have paid. When my insurance company advised that Aspen Dental needed to reimburse me, it reimbursed my closed credit card, despite my specific instruction to reimburse me directly. I have filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Health. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL BUSINESS, it will rip you off.
