Exorbitant prices. Dentures would cost $17,000. I can buy a year old Buick for that. How the heck do you expect people to pay over $334.00 to pull each and every tooth. What a shame. The shame would have been for me to agree to such a sham.

When I first started going to Aspen Dental last fall, 2017, there was a different staff. The dental hygienist that performed my cleaning was very attentive and had a very soft touch. The dentist was very caring and attentive also. This time, June 7th the hygienist was rushing because they were behind. He was friendly but not attentive at all. Water was spraying out of my mouth, onto my face. Running down my jaw onto my neck. He never once stopped to dry my face or apologize. Had a rough touch too. I was referred to an Endodo... read more

Have been going to the Spring Hill office for a few years.Last visit was 4/23/18.I was not asked if I wanted any of the extra services as I had been on my other visits and when They cleaned my teeth it was the shortest time I have ever spent for a cleaning.I was unable to have it done because my suregon had me wait.Then when i got to the desk they gave me a statement For $99.My plan has 2 cleanings per year included.They then tried to tell me there plan for me mandated that i needed a deep cleaning on a quadrant And they gav... read more
Lured me in with a $745 quote for a crown to cover a chipped front tooth. Final estimate was over $7,000.00! Free x rays and exam required me to take 22 x rays, which I didnt want. If I only wanted that 1 tooth X rayed, they said they would have to charge me $59. They recommended all sorts of proceedures which I didnt need. Will NEVER go back to ASPEN Dental ever again.
Started out great all very friendly but I was told I had gingivitis which I've been to 3 other dentists and all of them said I didn't have that. I asked her to remove that from my plan that I just want my teeth fixed which she said they wouldn't do my teeth unless I get that done. I will try to call and see if they are willing to take it off but if they aren't I most likely won't be going to their office again.
