This company will Not work with people ! They only offer Carecredit of which Most people can't get. I have both BCBS and Medicare but it's still Not enough money for this company !!! Please Beware Of this Greedy Company !
I didn't like my experience I was in so much pain by the time they were done with me my face had swelled up and still swollen 24 hours later
The billing staff and one of the hygentists were extremely rude. There was a miscommunication between two of the billing staff and im pretty sure i was almost accused of trying to walk out on a bill lol the dentist was extremely rough and actually split the corner of my lips. The only nice and professional person i encountered at this location was the xray tech. I will NEVER return to that location.
Great service and everything but the financial service was a little bit off with me. They told me my dental work would be over $1,500 and I am not sure if it will cost that much. It seemed cheesy because he kept telling me he would give me a discount for this and that or he took this much off. I don't know, it was a little weird to me.
Was not told about a $50 deductible on insurance. Thought everything was clear when I left and insurance covered everything. get a bill in the mail weeks later for THEIR personal deductible that was never disclosed to me at the end of the appointment since I thought insurance covered it all. TELL PEOPLE about this before they don't think they're expected to pay anything at the end of business. The staff is excellent,all are five stars,exspecially Dr. Lee ,Jenna,,Ember, Danielle and the receptionist.They took care great of my husband,even fitted him in right away to remove infected tooth after x-ray.Have found a great new dentist and staff who go up and beyond care and service.
Very unhappy with everything about this place. I had to call 5 times over two days to get anyone to call back.
I haven't been to a dentist for quite a while... My dentures were starting to bother me... I saw the ad on TV and decided to go... Staff and Dr. Lee were great ... Working on getting a new set of dentures now...
