I'm extremely disappointed with the Aspen Dental billing department. I've been told three times that my account will be credited due to a down payment that was not used. I keep getting one excuse after another, it's now been over 60-days with no resolution. I will call them again tomorrow, but I'm sure they will have another excuse. Extreamly Disappointed😡😡😡

Linda is fantastic at cleaning teeth but everyone else there is rude and an informative
Awful. This was my 5th or 6th appt. to get the fitting for my permanent denture, and it still isn't right. I was there over 2 hrs, mostly sitting waiting, because the dentist goes from 1 patient to another. Horrible. Now I'm waiting for Dr. Lee to contact me to figure out what they're doing?? I've already paid for the teeth, or I'd be elsewhere. Wonder how long I'll have to wait now. This is ridiculous! I've switched my kids dentist, and will not recommend them to anyone!! Worst dental experience of my life!!
I waited an hour to get seen. There were patience that came in after me and were taken back before me. While in the waiting room, myself and other patients could hear the staff talk about me! I should have went with my first instinct and left. I had a crown that came off and need it reattached. Of course they said they couldn't and I would need a new crown for the sum of $1,440.00!!!
