I went for dentures i was given a price of 3,125.00 well looked up on their sight and that the same ones were 1,248 00 No i did get them looked up and found them for 980.00 dollars the same Naturalytes , My friend just had her teeth removed and dentures , She has seen the price she paid and the other MAD AS Hell !!!
very disappointing. I would not recommend this place! I think they are paid on commission as they want $1,100 for a cleaning and $2,400 for a deep clean of my teeth!!! Rip off!
All they are interested in is selling you high priced services. They can't even open on time. Supposed to open at 8, and they were unlocking the doors at 9:45 when I arrived for a 10 am appointment. Was supposed to be there for an exam and cleaning, got the exam but no cleaning. Would not recommend doing business with them
Bunch of crooks: wanted to charge me $210 for a simple filling. And wanted to deep scale clean 3 teeth at $250 each= $750. To add insult to injury they wanted 60% up front. I laughed told them they are full of shit. And walked out
Due to previous horrible experiences I am the biggest baby there is when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Bennett and Danielle have been instrumental in my continuing treatment of a number of problems. Had I not received the amazing care I did I would never have returned after my initial broken tooth visit. The girls up front rock as well. Many thanks to everyone at the Springhill office!
This place sucks !!! Down hill from the beginning, every time you come back there’s a new crew, and the experience continues to get worse !!! August 2015 I had my extractions, December of 2017, still waiting for my permanent dentures to be properly fit !!!
I went to Aspen Dental in Brooksville first and the Dentist there said she couldn't do anything about my broken front tooth... The office manager Ashley realized my problem as I was traveling from Michigan to key west, so she called around and got the Spring Hill office to pull the rest of my tooth and make me a temporary so I can continue my travels !!! The manager and staff were awesome .. Got a tooth in about 4 hours!!! Thank you Ashley & Michelle, I would hire you in a second.
Filling that I got a month ago is already cracked and falling out, when I called at noon I was told I would get a call back and they now close in 45 minutes. I have an appointment Thursday for a different filling and I’ll be getting the cracked one fixed and I can assure you this will be my last appointment. I can not eat much of anything for 3 more days even though I was told that there was an open appointment at 5. It’s now 5:18, no phone call. It started with me telling them over the process of getting new dentures over and over that they were not comfortable.....no one listened and they hurt all the time so I only wear them when I have to. They got pre approval from my insurance co that I would not have a balance. Avlittle over a month after I got them I got billed for over $1500 ....Stay away from this office! New
