I'm very pleased with Aspen. My place to go from now on for dental care. I'm almost 70 years old and have had dentures since I was 25. This is the first time that my dentures fit perfectly right out of the lab. No sore spots, not loose in any way ( can eat corn on the cob without any slipping ) without using adhesive. My previous denture, from a small office locally, was not quite 5 years old and had been repaired 6 times ( 5 for teeth falling out, and finally for breaking in half ). Had bad pain in number 1 wisdom all day every day. Wife finally made me an appointment which went great. I was treated like I was 30 and not a moron, that meant alot. Two days later I had my first two teeth pulled, never had that done before and they were very worried about my comfort. The staff is super friendly and don't treat you like your a moron, no guilt as a smoker, I knew it's bad and they covered that, no guilt. You couldn't get more prompt and courteous service. Dr. Lee saw the problem and proceeded to get a solution immediately.
I have had a good experience every time I've gone there. Dr. Lee has always been patient, making sure I was numb before starting the procedure, and making sure that my crown was fitted correctly. When the permanent crown came in, the staff and I agreed that the color wasn't quite right. So they had the lab do it over, at no charge. The office staff is always very cordial; gets me in on time, and goes over my insurance coverage when necessary.
Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing. I came to the office with a dental emergency. They were accommodating, kind, patient and understanding. Thank you Danielle, Felicia, Linda and Jacob for all you did during my emergency visit.
I had a very good experience with this dentist office. All of the staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Dentist was fast and gentle. I found a new dentist!!! Should have went to them from the beginning of my move to Spring Hill.
