I wanted to like this place. I really did. Customer service was great from the front desk all the way through my appointment. Until I got to the financial piece. I came in for tooth pain. Was told I needed a root canal. I was 3 weeks away from getting dental insurance. The financial women was pressing about how I had to get the root canal right away (even though I was only in minor pain). It was going to cost me $948 just for the root canal. I asked if I could wait until my insurance kicked in and she said I would be in too ... read more
They may give a free consolidation and x-rays, but they spread everything out to the point your insurance won't cover it. Doctors and hygienists are great, but definitely not how you run a business on the administrative end.
Horrible customer service!! Don't you dare ask a question on the services they want to provide....they kick you out!
