BEWARE! Aspen dental will put it on paper making you believe that is the total cost when in fact, it isn't. They told me that my bridge would be paid in full when in fact, it was for the temporary only. I wished I'd listened to the bad reviews and avoided Aspen Dental!!!!

I was told I could walk in so I drove from LINDALE area wasting time and gas . I am very confused . why was I told could walk in?????

Since my first visit everyone was really nice but then they never returned my drivers license and I keep calling and they stated they didn’t have it that not sure what happened and went I went in person lady at front desk didn’t bother to even look. After my procedure I called after hours service and nobody returned my call until the morning. Nice staff but not happy with their service 👎

I will be the first to admit that I have been one of your loyal patients up until now April 15 2020 I tell everyone about what a great place you are but now I warn EVERYONE STAY AWAY I have a abcessed tooth and the dentist told me that he would only pull it if I also paid for a partial so I won't have a hole in the front of my mouth and I told him I don't care about the hole just get this tooth out so it doesn't kill me or make me really sick but here I am with my abcessed tooth in pain and here's the kicker didn't even try ... read more

DO NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I have had dental work done since I was in second grade between braces and pullings and cleanings and I went earlier this month to have a tooth pulled. I had no clue who he was because the dentist didnt introduce himself, never asked how I was doing, yanked my head everywhere, never told me how things were going or if the tooth was out or what. How could they improve you ask? By not treating their customers like money bags that they can just open and take from. Went in for new patient consultation and it began with the person doing the initial x-rays being incompetent. Don't put new employees with new patients! Girl changed her sterile gloves 6 times just doing x-rays! Seriously! Who does that? Went in for a repair for my partial and was told 135 for a temporary repair but I needed a new one that was going to cost 2 grand! The one they were repairing only cost $90... read more

WARNING! Do not use Aspen Dental in Tyler! They charged me $1,466.00 just to get my teeth cleaned this month. BUT, to make matters worse, after insurance, I was only suppose to be charged $965.60. These jokers charged $1,939.38 to my dang account!!! You gotta be kidding me!! This place only cares about pushing you through and getting you to commit to a payment plan and the work “they suggest that is imperative”.
