Worst experience ever at a dentist office. Actually not a dentist office this is some kind of corporate buy here pay here denture warehouse. Went in after 2 days of severe pain, sat for 2 hours, finally left when I realized they were going to try everything they could to get me to purchase a set of dentures before doing anything to releive my pain.

Terrible !! Paid 1400 for a crown, just went up another 281 bucks and my tooth has bothered me every since I got it. If you want a fast pace in and out like a drive through then this is your place. I’ll be seeing a real dentist for sure, learn from your mistakes !!

I am deeply disappointed in my experience at Aspen Dental. My wife called to schedule a consult but asked if they did sedation, and used an IV and put you out during procedure. They girl said yes they did. They scheduled us for an appointment in Longview. I had my consult and at the end of the visit the dentist said now we give you a pill to help you relax. I said no I want an IV and to be put out. She stated the Longview office didnt do that but the Tyler office did. So we would have to go to Tyler. My wife called and asked... read more
Not a good experience!! Had extractions implants did not work . No dentures after 4 months
Prices out of line. Prays on the poor working class
I paid in full for an upper partial plate. Went back for the third time today to get it sized to fit my mouth because it DOES NOT FIT! I waited 1.5 hours to see doctor. Left after 1 hour 45 minutes and left the partial on the tray beside the dental chair. I told the girls at front “their” partial was on dental tray and I expect a full refund. If not issued I will contact an attorney.

I had four seizures a couple hours after they took my wisdom teeth out and my gums are still bleeding. My sister and My Friend both got nerve damage from a visit to this horrible excuse for a business

I had 17 teeth pulled and Same Day dentures. They didn't fit,went back 4 times for Adjustments,still No good fit. Went back after a month, new temps and they now don't fit and are totally out of line. They have been awesome to work with me. I'm seriously getting frustrated now. I can't go with out teeth but can't wear dentures that look bad as well as fit bad. As nice as they have been I'm beginning to think I should have gone somewhere that does Only Dentures!
