Every single person that works there that I encountered were absolutely amazing and so sweet. As far as the doctors and every person there that was top notch. What I didn’t like that that it felt like getting a car at the dealership. They want to sell you the gap, extended warranty, and, and, and. From the beginning finding them on the website. After having the most horrific experience at a dentist yesterday, I want to share. Aspen dental. I will never return there. There are several reasons. First, i had to ask the tech to turn off the offensive rap music that was playing in my room. I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, some more calming type music would have been appropriate. They don't answer their phone anymore. Try to sell you services you don't need. Then brush you off if you don't fall for their con game. it really is like watching a clown show at this third world dentist office. Find another dentist theres plenty in Tyler just stay clear of this big box chain. it really is like the McDonald's of dentistry.
The office staff was professional, but the pricing was absolutely outrageous. I walked out still in a lot of pain with no feasible plan for relief.
The staff was nice but the dentist didn't have any of my teeth numb during extraction,so 10 out of 10 on pain.Then sends you home without anything for the pain after 3 teeth were pulled.
Rant: ASPEN DENTAL on Broadway. I was miserable (10/10 pain) for an entire week with an infected tooth (my mouth was really swollen) and was put on antibiotics. After 5 days of antibiotics, I got scheduled for a tooth extraction. So I get checked into the dental office, they check my blood pressure and of course it’s high. My anxiety and pain are extremely high. They don't help with pain and give you stupid outrageous price
I called for an emergency appointment and got a 2 hour consultation with x rays. Nothing was done about the pain in my broken tooth until the next morning. No compassion. The following morning it took extra anesthetic to numb my jaw, and I still felt the pain. I will not return to this facility, ever.
