A big waste of time
In the first place I asked for a certain dentist when made the appointment. They said I could come at 3:30 I went being my very first time and the dr I requested is out of town and I get a complete different dr. So needless to say that is bad business on their part probably they were wanting to make a quick sale. But not with me. That's just wrong on all counts. The worst dentist I’ve ever been to. The treatment I received was careless. I don’t recommend them. There are so many other dentist in Tyler and someone has to be better than Aspen.
Actual dental work went well, but office experience was not good. Front desk person couldn't get my care credit card 2 go through. Said I personally needed 2 call them. While I had them on the phone & told front desk they wanted 2 walk her through how 2 do it correctly, she said she couldn't. Keep in mind, she was sitting on hold (on speaker). BEWARE! Made an appt for my 8 year old due to tooth pain. The staff was friendly but otherwise this was not a pleasant experience. Our regular dentist isn’t open on Friday and we didn’t want to wait the entire weekend to get her some relief. Total waste of time!! They knew she was 8 when I scheduled the appointment and really hurt her taking X-rays due to not having proper equipment. If I could give them a negative star I would. Called and told them I was in pain. They told me they could get me in same day. Drove an hour in traffic from Lindale for them to tell me their systems were down and there was nothing they could do for me. Beyond angry! They could have called! Thanks for the waste of 2 hours, $20 in fuel, and another night of horrible pain while I look for somewhere else tomorrow �
The overall office ppl were really nice the nurse that took me to the back was nice but the dentist I think was dr bradly I wasn't to impressed with...when discussing my dental u could talk directly to my face instead of talking behind my back just throwed me off a bit
