Was the wort experience I've ever had. I waited an hour in the lobby and when I finally got to the back then they tell me the denture guy is off work until Monday. And the front office lady didn't even know I had an appointment and couldn't find me on the schedule had to show her my confirmation I received online just to get there and she pushed people in front of me when I was clearly there before them. These people don't have their stuff together.
Their service at my appointment was five star . But... they were suppose to get in touch with me the next day and I haven't heard anything from them . I called twice and left messages but no return call .
They gave me an appointment for 9 am on Saturday because I needed extra time to pay their bill to reseat my broken crown whic! Saturday THEY STOOD ME UP! Cancelled my husband's appointment and ignored me the appointment given by their money gouging accountant for Saturday. WE are talking about a 50+ mile drive just to get here! You guys need to check this Tyler location out.
It's take 2 months for get my first appointment, after that I take appointment for cleaning and the day before they call me and cancel and they don't have appointments before another 2 or 3 weeks. They put me in hold and after 20 minutes hang off , I called back and they put me in hold again and hang off again , They are not Profesional in all , the technician abd the doctor they are ok , but the people on the front not
Why set a appt for 8 am on a Sat. If at 8.37 Ur still not open. We live in Palestine had to get up early yo get hete.They over charge ur ins.until u catch them. They Never return calls.Very disappointed with them

The only reason this place get 1 star is because they do not offer 0 stars. My husband went to have a tooth pulled they did X-rays and exam & then told him to come back in a week. He was very clear when he told them how much pain he was in & he needed it pulled. That very same day he went to another dentist and had it pulled. This place is a shame.
We have paid a LOT of money to get my husbands dentures. He works out of town and has to drive an hour to the dental office when he comes in. They make him wait a long time in the waitin room before they even see him for his set appointment time. Then he has to hang around for hours to wait for his plate to be done. Why is this a problem? He has gone to get his plate done twice and it still hurt him, didn't fit and he still couldn't eat. I will never go back to this place. They talked me into financing my dental work. My 1st cleaning appointment went great so I thought I would like this place. Then, I had to have a root canal done and they nearly drowned me with bleach. I drove 45 minutes one way to my next appointment and they said I wasn't on the schedule when I had my appointment card that stated otherwise.
