This office lures you in with cheap prices but you get what you pay for � my teeth are in ten times worse shape after being seen at Aspen Dental then they were before I went in....
Wanted to put a warning out there for those people looking to have dental work done. Please don't go to Aspen Dental On Broadway in Tyler, TX. Me and Randie went to have some troublesome teeth extracted and the dentist was nice, courteous and took about 20 minutes to explain to us what to expect on our next visit. We explained to him at the time that Randie is afraid of needles, and was nervous about the extraction process, to which he told us he would gladly furnish a nerve pill prior to the procedure.(Valium) so we agreed... read more

Do not waste your time going here They can careless if your in pain The staff is rude and the director Andy has a real bad anger issue of you do not pay him money that day. Save your time and gas and search around. My appointment was at 9 didn't get back til 10. And the dentist doctor badly was rude and stunk. I'd give it a 0 if I could.
We had our 8:15 appointments, waiting until 10:30 to even go back.. Aspen Dental is the ONLY place who would charge 1,500 for a cleaning, WITH insurance paying 70%. I needed 2 fillings and they wanted to charge me 450. We went some place else and absolutely everything was covered under my insurance! They were so rude with us after we told them we were not paying that kind of money for a CLEANING.!! When I looked at the things they charged me for it was ridiculous. Going to Aspen Dental in Tyler, TX was by far THE WORST decision that I could have ever made. My experience was horrible and after reading all the super negative comments online about other people's experiences all over the U.S. with Aspen Dental I'm very surprised that they are still operating. I called and was quoted a price of $103 for a tooth extraction. I set the appointment and showed up 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork only to wait an hour to be seen. This is the worst Dentist in town. The first time i went, they where more interested in if my insurance would cover everything. Never got treated, but i got a bill. The second time, for the same tooth. I was in so much pain. Still interested in my insurance, rather then my discomfort level. I had to come back 5 hours later to get my tooth pulled. I will NEVER use nor recommend aspen dental to anyone. I was charged for services I did not receive. I couldn't get a returned phone call to get an explanation for why this happened. When I called to pay for my cleaning I did receive and was waiting for my payment confirmation I was on hold for so long the line disconnected. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced!
