Verified Renter As of now, I think Auburn Gate management sucks big time. Not resolving a valid request with a truthful & prompt explanation is insulting. I also think a couple of the maintenance workers here are lazy with little to no pride in a job well done.
Verified Renter Overpriced, underperforming, inept maintenance staff and management is made up of pathological liars. Not worth what is charged.

Verified Renter JUST SAY NO! Depending upon where your apartment is located will equal the community's degree of concern for maintenance issues. The further back in the complex, the less service. Don't worry, they have you on a 'list' where nothing happens.
Avoid at all cost Avoid this place at all costs! I have lived here since September 2017 and can not wait until my lease is up: 1. I was promised a garage when I signed my lease, it took me until February of 2018 to get an apartment after I made dozens of complaints and requests. 2. The trash is constantly overflowing and disgusting. 3. It's not safe! there is an opening in the fencing near our apartment which leads to strange people coming by our apartment and stealing our stuff and nothing has been done to fix the fence eve... read more
Don't bother if you actually want to park The biggest problem with this complex is the massive lack of parking. They do a horrific job of snow removal and I've never been able to figure out who actually has a garage because it sure doesn't seem to be any of the people renting.

Where to start... Apartments.com apparently has very short character limits, so I'm gonna make this brief. I've had several issues with this place over the years. Lack of parking, garbage (one dumpster for the entire complex, but no worries, management is ALWAYS! working on fixing that), traffic (unless you live at the mall this location is highly over-rated), office mistakes; They tried to charge an impossible NSF-fee to my account, then later tried re-branded it as a "utility charge". and they towed my car with out my know... read more

New visitor parking rule Sucks!!!....Don't rent this place if you have friends/family/boyfriend/girlfriend!! I liked the place so far despite their trash area issue or the high rent which doesn't include the car garage but now I am reconsidering whether to stay here after the end of my lease or not as they have this new visitor parking rule which none of our guests would like. The rule is that visitors/guests need to park on the visitor parking spots which are mostly around the leasing office and then we have to pick them up... read more
