We are always grateful for the great care our animals receive, as well as the kindness shown to us humans.
Everyone there is so nice and caring of my Berner (BMD) and I had a Shi poo that had to be put to sleep and they worked me in and was so awesome with her and me as well. I see Dr Robertson and love his compassion and thoroughness. I highly recommend them. I also really like Dr Kelly. I haven’t had any contact with any of the other vets. I don’t think you will be disappointed
They care for your pets so well and inform you of what’s going on. I was referred to another vet before AVAH and that experience was horrible and didn’t give us any information. AVAH seemed to know what to look for and what the concerns were and kept us very informed and was very understanding. I’d highly recommend them.
I am so happy with my experience here! They were able to fit me in and were extremely friendly and patient. Dr. Robertson saw my chinchilla and was great and very thorough with her. Thank you!!
Augusta valley animal hospital is a great place . I been taking all my pets there for years !!!! They love animals !! So caring and always put the animals first !! My adopted fiv cat loves every one there !! Doctor Kelly is a wonderful doctor!!! She been there for my cat completely. LOVE YOU GUYS !! Thank you for loving my sweetness boy Lenny

I was visiting the area and called because one of my girls was sick, they got her in right away. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was friendly. A day later she's feeling better thanks to Augusta Valley Animal Hospital.
