RecommendedWe have gone there for decades. Today showed us why. Our dog had been licking and licking his foot. It started to swell. The Augusta guys were able to see him and put our mind to ease. Just a bad bruise on his pad. Great to know before a holiday week end. ❤️
I actually love this place. All the vets are so good with my dog. They explain everything and it's a joy to visit them. They make having a sick dog less bad.
Augusta Valley saved my dogs life when he had parvo as a puppy. They also did his laser therapy 9 years later when arthritis started bothering him. It is because of them my dog has the quality of life that he does. As for my other critters, they all love the staff! My chihuahua actually whines when his appointment is over. One of my dogs passed away about a week ago and I cannot express the amount of support my family received from Augusta Valley and Paws & Remember. I can’t thank the wonderful staff at AVAH enough for their help in caring for my sweet Chloe who had been so sick last week due to her chronic kidney disease. Everyone from the front office, vet techs and Dr.Lisa Carter are so caring and compassionate. I am truly blessed to have them.

I’ve been wanting to leave a review for some time but I didn’t want to seem biased as I was an employee here. So, as a former employee let me write this review from inside looking out. I can honestly say that the staff at AVAH truly loves your animals as if they were their own. They hurt for a poor diagnosis and rejoice for break throughs.
