Friendly professional staff that has taken great care of our pets (cats and dogs) over the last several decades.
This office has been seeing all my animals for over 20 years. They are the only place I will board my baby! I really can’t say enough great things about them.
Last week, my son's hamster, Nibbles, started with a swollen cheek and it went down through his chest. We searched locally (we live in WV) but had no luck finding a vet who would care for Nibbles. After a few phone calls, we discovered Augusta Valley Animal Hospital, and we are so very grateful we did! They allowed Nibbles to be seen without an appointment. Very kind very prompt and very caring! They did a hernia operation on a nine week old kitten!! Not an easy thing to do!!
We are always grateful for the great care our animals receive, as well as the kindness shown to us humans.
Everyone there is so nice and caring of my Berner (BMD) and I had a Shi poo that had to be put to sleep and they worked me in and was so awesome with her and me as well. I see Dr Robertson and love his compassion and thoroughness. I highly recommend them. I also really like Dr Kelly. I haven’t had any contact with any of the other vets. I don’t think you will be disappointed
