Sent letters advertising refinancing of car loan with lower payments and savings. I first applied in Oct.2020 even though my scores where in the 700 s they denied me but then contacted me again Jan 15, 2021 asking me to reapply ,then promised me a loan, had me out doing the pandemic printing off forms, getting them noterized then ***** them. I went obtaining and sending information over and over again, just so much of my time and them promising this loan which I found was only saving 36$. On 2-12-21, I sent my last forms, ca... read more

I spoke with a man named Tim H***** at Autopay about a auto refinance for a lower interest rate. He kept sending me emails and requesting that I call him. I eventually looked at the refi rate and decided that it might be a good decision to go ahead with the deal. I contacted Tim and started the process, which was easy enough to begin with. A couple of papers filled out, and then I got a docusign and a request for references and a notary signature. Filled those out and had to pay for a notary to make sure that it was me. Most... read more

They charged me $1000 more than I owed on the car originally. They promised me over and over I would be refunded for the overpayment, but alas no refund ever came, despite calling both loan companies. I thought refinances were supposed to make it better, not longer and more expensive.i feel swindled.

I contacted this Company for a car loan refinance and they had advertised a 1.9% rate. I told them I have a high W2 income ($200K+) and 800+ credit rating. I told them if I could get a rate of 1.9% they could run my credit. I was promised they could give me 1.9% to 2.2%. The final rate after all was said and done was 3.8%. This is a bait and switch company, do not fall for their lies.

The Autopay representative is dishonest and gets angry/frustrated with me when I ask questions. Our initial conversation lasted less than 5 minutes and he couldn't stop talking over me. As second conversation had a similar result. The representative indicated a loan percentage rate that would save me money over the life of the loan...until that rate is annualized (he didn't mention that part). The annualized rate is .02% lower than my current rate. I would actually lose money after paying the loan fee! Autopay ran my credit ... read more

I have received multiple pre qualified mailers from this company and finally decided to submit my information. I went online and uploaded several of the required documents and hit saved. When I went back 2 minutes later it said my application was canceled and I had to reapply. This is not doing business in good faith. I meet all the criteria for refinancing, but if they cancel my application after uploading 3 documents, I am concerned that they are going to just keep running my credit, like they have, without really planning... read more

I received a recommendation from ****** ***** for this company. I decided to give it a try since I have made my car payments on time (for almost 2 years) and have always paid extra. And I wanted to lower my payment to save me some money. I submitted all the documentation this company required. On their site it states that you will receive a decision (in most cases) within 24 hours. Well, 3 days went by and I decided to give them a call. The customer service rep was not helpful. She sounded like she did not know what she was ... read more

We tried to refinance with this company and the process was horrible the never asked for our financial documents until they said we were approved and we signed and notarized all of documents and sent them, even our title to our car, then said we were not approved because my financials did not fall into place, although this was explained before. This should have been asked first thing not after you tells us were approved and sign over everything. Now 2 weeks later they cannot provide us with our title back to our car. They wi... read more
