I was informed that a soft pull would be done. I get off the phone and multiple inquires done on my credit. I called back and was informed that it was a mistake. I was sent to a manager voice mail that was full and another one said he would stop the process. No one said that they would have them removed. Now I have been told that someone will call me tomorrow. Once you lie to me its hard to do business now.
