Just curious... how do I report this company? On the paperwork they sent me it states that they are A+ rated by the BBB. Yet on this BBB website it says they aren't rated. Isn't that a violation or something?
I was directed to Autopay by creditKarma to lower my car loan payment. I spoke to one of the representatives and he assured me I would be able to get a lower rate. I ask the agent if this would be a hard credit pull. He stated it wouldnt be till the end when we submit the application. I informed him I did not want my credit to be pulled because I was going through a credit repair process. He let me know he wouldnt pull it till I was ready. I request a call back from him in one weeks time. The agent did in fact contact me bac... read more

I have your approval for the refinance. I just need 5 minutes to go over the terms, and I can skip your next car payment. We have you approved at a 17.45% 75 months. When can I call you? Direct Line: 720.727.0735” Me: Hi Lauren, I'm looking for an APR lower than 10%, Im sorry. Then I told them I am not interested in that I was looking for something lower and go... read more
Beware!!! Save yourself the nightmare and do not go here. I’ve been in processing for 2 months with a liar nameed Tony. They lie to you and will say whatever it takes to keep you on the hook. They are extremeley unprofessional and rude. The loan processor will not pick up the phone but will gladly reply to you through text with the most brief of texts. It’s is October 22 this person Tony from auto pay called my dealer to get a payoff amount next thing you know it’s 4 weeks later and I’m back up on my car payment because mist... read more
I contacted AutoPay for more information on loan refinancing options. I was contacted a few days later by a loan officer (rep A) who asked for my information including SSN. I felt uncomfortable giving this info over the phone since I had yet to anything validating the person speaking to me on the phone was actually from AutoPay. The rep sent me an email to prove he was an employee from Autopay and I obliged and provided my SSN and he told me he would follow up with me the next day with my offers. 4 weeks pass and i hadnt hea... read more
Originally I was going to go with this company until a different company with higher ratings and more positive reviews offered me a better rate. My loan officer was kind and persistent at first. Then he got somewhat obsessive when I informed him that I would be going with a different company. He said he “wanted to attempt to earn my business” even though I clearly stated I was going with a different company. So he emailed me the documents, which I did not review because I did not want to be with this company and I had alread... read more
I submitted an application and was presented with three offers. I selected one with a specific bank. The next thing I know, my credit is pulled from all 3 credit bureaus from a DIFFERENT bank. My "Loan Officer" tells me they thought they could get a lower rate than the one I selected, so they went ahead and submitted my information to the DIFFERENT bank without my permission. That bank then pulled all 3 reports. I did not select that bank. I believe the customer should be asked before action is taken against their wishes, ev... read more
I too used Autopay to handle the financial portion of an online automobile purchase. All went smoothly until I sent the full payment to Autopay. At that point, all went silent and numerous requests for updates went unanswered. A Bill of Sale was not acceptable in Ohio so I could not get temporary tags. It took days to get the proper paperwork to get just temp. tags. The seller documentation was not acceptable to Autopay (electronic title vs. paper title) so the transaction set idle until I began beating the bushes at CarGuru... read more
Excited to purchase online through *** ***** partner AutoPay? Don't be. I test drove a vehicle on Tuesday that was a private sale through *** *****. Wednesday morning I clicked the link, "start purchase." Within a few hours a representative from *** ***** called and confirmed that I'd like to purchase the vehicle. She asked if I wanted to buy it outright or finance it. I mentioned I'd like to finance, and she said AutoPay would contact me. I was ready make payments, sign paperwork, and register the car by the weekend. Thursd... read more
