Auto refinance Service was not efficient as other reviews wrote, multiple delays , excuses, lots of back and forth, and last min requests that should have been done at first
High rates They don’t offer low rates. It’s a Scam
Avoid this company like the plague I went thru the entire refinance process, phone calls, Docusign, printing and mailing in paperwork. Everything was approved and my current lender was waiting for the pay off which never happened. Two months down the road and they still haven’t gotten paid, I have left numerous voicemails and emails with zero response. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Does not help the customer, go to a credit union SCAM, they will offer you a longer term at higher rate then tack on $600 in fees to refinance. When i specifically asked i wanted a shorter term, lower rate.
Autopay sux Scam artists. They use bait and switch. Offered me 4.94% auto refinance. My credit is great, they came back at 13 plus %.
BAD They are scammers , they offered me lower rate and after i gave them my info , they run my credit twice, and gave my higher rate then i have
Cancelled application without a feedback. I want my time back. They cancelled my application after a week without providing any feedback on why. I would appreciate at least some feedback.
BAIT N SWITCH This is a total scam. I have a 830 credit score, tons of income, Zero debt! Clicked a loan with a low rate, had the company run my credit only to be told those rates are not available anymore! Was offered higher rate and fees are not disclosed. BAIT N SWITCH
Bad experience Bad customer service. They will keep you hanging with your application.
