Very Disappointed :( Received a call shortly after applying, and after providing all information, haven't heard from a rep for over 2 weeks. I have called twice and was told someone will contact me. Still waiting :((
Very bad & false offer & apr rate on Credit Karma I got offer from autopay & went to creditkarma app, they’ve offered refinancing my car loan, they said I can get 4.9 apr vs 8.5 apr that I currently have for my car loan, thats why I start the process & submitted all the documents they needed , next day loan guy called me and said the best offer is apr 7.5 which is not making any difference for my car loan payment, I didn't want to go ahead but found out they already ran my credit and left me one hard inquiry for all the fals... read more
Stay Away Terrible does a hard pull on your credit just to tell you they can’t help with a better rate even with excellent approval odds.
Do not recommend Went through the process, gave them all the necessary information. All looked good then get an email saying sorry can't help you after they did a hard inquiry and lowered my score by five points.. Do not recommend this company at all one star.
Too bad Don't refinance with them after using your social media, never call back to answer about the financing, I'm waiting and they're always busy or have meetings and how is the customer. It's unfortunate
Misleading at best, bait-and-switch at worst Mailer from Autopay promised me a 5.1% refinance rate, down from 6.49%. Went through entire application process, hard credit pull, everything looked good. Received a call from a rep who told me I had excellent credit, but 5.1% wasn't available in my area. Best he could do was 6.25% on a shorter-term loan that would dramatically increased my monthly payments.

Bad experience Really bad experience. At beginning, they told me I was qualified a low interest rate and ask me to reply. I provided all my information. After submitting the application, they didn’t let me know one thing disqualified me with the good rate. They pulled my credit and told me my credit score is good. But due to another reason, the rate cannot go down. They use a lower rate to attract customer and use the credit pull to keep the customer.
