Will never use them. Bad experience. Scam alert. They advertise you are approved however after running a hard pull and dropping score 10 pts they tell you they cant get you the deal. I have 840 credit with a high end vehicle. The loan officer failed to call me twice at pre arranged time. I will not do business with them.
Do not use this company. It’s a scam.! Be very leery of this company. Despite their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, it is a bait and switch deal. I went through Credit Karma to look for a refinance loan and then watching the interest rates auto pay had a good interest rate. I had excellent approval odds, it saved me on the interest of my current loan, which was my goal? It also would have cut five months off of my loan. Poor customer service made me go elsewhere ... snarky rude texts implying I am holding up the process when I have not. I wouldn't give these people a dime. Poor customer service to say the least. No one wants to be insulted when they're eventually paying $1500 to this company for a loan.
Summer long process Buckle up for the long ride to a loan. These people will quickly get you pre approved and asked you if you can quickly get the the normal list of information that you need for any new loan. You will probably get that done within a day or two. Then the next week they will tell you that you need to get something else, and to please hurry so they can get the process going. Disreputable, poor service, bait and switch Terrible bait and switch process. Didn't disclose loans until after they did a hard check on my credit and it was "oops, I forgot to tell you". Would NEVER recommend.
Stay away from them! The interest rates are fake Auto Pay are simply thief institute ! they offers a good interest rating at the beginning, and then when you fill the application for ( new or refinance ) and after they put a hard inquiry at your Credit File, your will be chuck from the accurate (extremely high interest rate ! ) this is what happened to me, after I been incurred a (hard Inquiry ) then I have to cancel my application due to the higher interest rate ( even it is higher than the Norman market rate according to m... read more
False advertising Bait and switch basically and not worth it for those looking for a really great rate. One star for ease of application and another star for the friendly agent. But stop false advertising your rates. I have an excellent credit score and you failed to meet the advertised rate. Also they claim not to lower your score but they did a hard check on my credit and it went down 3 points so plan in advance and only pursue if you are serious and can stand to lose points
Poor Total scam. My credit score is above 800. They advertised rates lower than what I had gotten for a new car loan and they were considerably higher... Don't waste your time or the dings to your credit score.
