Don’t trust them….bait and switch! I just wanted to find out what rates they could offer. They did a hard pull on my credit report and dropped my score! BECU? Never heard a word back and its been weeks. Don’t trust them.

deceptive mailers received mailer stating lower interest rate saving $55/month after getting approved. I have about 46 mo. left on current loan. They offered a 84 month loan at 8% plus. they later offered a 48 month loan at $60 more /month at 6% plus interest. I would not waste my time contacting them.

Scam marketing, don't trust them Mailed me an offer to lower my payment $60 which was not even possible. After wasting a lot of time they came back with an offer to lower my payments by $20 and extend it by 24 months. Customer service was hard to reach, adding to the frustration.

Do not do business with Auto Pay They offer you a lower rate on credit karma then when you accept it you find out it was bull crap and wind up with a hard inquiry on your credit report

Do not use! Do not use. It was good at first. I'm saving a little one $100/month. After 7 months I noticed they haven't reported to my credit in 4 or 5 months. Transunion closed the account I guess because it looked like I didn't have a note anymore. For over a month I went back and forth with woodforest national bank and auto pay and not one single person could fix the issue or even give me an answer. Just transfer me to one another. Deceptive marketing - Bait and switch rates Deceptive advertising. They sent me a preapproved letter for 5.28%, I called and gave them all my information including vehicle make, model, and year, they do a hard credit pull and then, shocker the lowest rate they can get me is 8%. Absolutely deceptive practice.
