Scam Lender Total Scam. With 800 cresit the anounced 2.99 and offer a 9.47
Horrible everything went smooth, up until it was time for the funding team to pair. I did everything that was asked of me. Now I am getting the run around from the loaner / lending team.
Cancelled App and Demanded a huge downpayment Applied because the rate and payment terms were much better than what I have already. After the application was submitted and my credit was pulled they suddenly sent me an email that my application was canceled and they would be willing to resubmit if I put nearly $9000 down as A down payment. This is for a refinance where my LTV was quite positive and nowhere near risking being upside down. Joke of a company so don't bother.
Refiance This place is a scam …and worst part is credit score went down so much for trying to do better…super disappointed and will even get rid of Credit Karma app very upset with it all
This is a Scam I was offered a 6% rate over 48 months on Credit Karma, when push came to shove I was offered 7.99% over 72 months which is ABOVE what I'm paying now and over an additional 24 months. The person handling my offer tried to explain it away with jargon. This is a scam. They want you to pay less per month over a longer period of time hoping you won't notice. All of that AND a hard pull on my credit? Waste of my time. Shame on Credit Karma for offering this service.
Run don’t walk !!!! Run don’t walk. This is a fraudulent operation. I have an 832 score with only 3 % utilization. The offer showed 5.2 % refinance rate, but the actual was 10.5 % plus they did two credit pulls. Don’t waste your time with this company.
Run…run fast! Run, run as fast as you can from this company. I requested information on refinancing and only got a text from them to call a number, I called and waited on hold forever, if you want to wait on hold and claw your eyes out with a rusty spoon then go with Autopay. Their lack of customer service is disgusting and pitiful. Again run away from this place even if you have no other option.
Waste of my time and hit to my credit! I was "approved" for not even the book value of my vehicle! Meaning approved as long as I came up with the rest being over 10k! Thanks for hitting my credit and wasting my time Auto Pay! Not to mention the rep I was dealing with Kristi Lawson didn't even call at the specified time. I had to text her and remind her of the missed call time. Not professional at all.
Deceptive Advertising!!! Very Deceptive! 2 points higher then advertised. Complete BS! And they take forever to get back to you! Never again. Shame on you credit karma!!
