Not what they really offer you…. Submitted an offer they approached me with, did the application and came back with a higher apr % than I already have. Excuse, because it’s an older vehicle….. don’t submit the app if they offer you something, they will just run your credit and offer you something worse.

Left Hanging The process of seeing if I was approved went smoothly. However, when I had some serious questions about my documents, and whom I should speak to concerning my loan, crickets. I left several messages and to this day they have not responded. I have no documentation of my loan. I have no idea when my other loan was paid off. I was supposed to get a free month, but my other lender had no record of the loan being paid off so I had to pay the monthly payment. All I all, I would not do this again unless I was face to f... read more

Tell me one thing verbally, contract different Applied with co-signer. They offered a lower rate. A puny 2% reduction. Then they say I’m approved and then rescind the deal because both my jobs have no phone number to call to verify employment. Odd. Then they show me my credit score and it is 70 points lower than my Experian account. Shady practices and then to top off they offer me one monthly payment and then raise $10 a month and claim it’s a $400 fee. I a’int stupid, 10 times 75 is almost double what they are saying. I’m ... read more

Customer Service Lacking I applied to Autopay because I thought this company was vetted by CK. It's been 5 weeks after I submitted my loan application and it is now expired, though it was accepted. I have tried multiple times over this period to contact their customer service and I get the same message- we will have somebody call you back. It appears the rate they advertised on this site is not what they could produce. My score is over 800 and I'm disappointed that they can't follow up with their perspective customers. This ... read more

Legit company, bad business Got a pre approval letter to refi and drop my payment by ~$140 and take 1% off of my interest rate. Real nice guy called and walked me through the process, and then the offer was nothing close to my pre approval. It was actually 1% more or a rate, zero benefit to me, and they already hit me with a hard inquiry. I would recommend avoiding AUTOPAY.

Predatory lenders Predatory lenders. Lowered my interest rate less than 0.1%. Made it seem like a great deal, as long as I purchased Gap insurance I didn't want and an extended warranty or something. When I declined, they told me I could never get a better deal so take it now. Ridiculous business technique. I got a better deal on my own two days later. Lowered interest rate by almost 3%, no Gap, no extras.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY..... The process of them helping me refinance my car was good. Found a company fast with a lower interest rate this was in early 2022. Fast forward to 2024. I find out 3 years after refinancing that they took over a year to get my title changes over with the lender. Then they placed the title in Montana, I reside in Michigan, They also placed there companies name as an owner on my car. Trying to get a hold of someone is horrible. then once you do get ahold of someone they lie to you and give you the ru... read more

In Accurate advertising-Credit Karma Credit Karma (CK) should not advertise loan rates that are not applicable to the State where the consumer lives. I live in CA, CK has all my information.. CK, shows me auto Refi rates with "Outstanding Approval Odds" with Auto Pay, (I have a 796 credit score), so great, I check my rate, then I get a letter of approval for 6.11% rate,.. I call to get it all going, but Auto Pay said they would give me a call back, after 7 days, I get a call, with a "GREAT" opportunity, they offer me a rate ... read more
