False offers, bait & switch! Bait & switch, Credit Karma stop suggesting loan re-finance with Autopay. They are unprofessional & unresponsive.
Worst experience This is worst experience, credit karma promised 3.5% from Auto Pay. Applied for it, Auto pay did credit check with out my consent. Offered me 100% more interest loan than the current. Either credit karma or Auto pay should figure it out.
Awful The classic bait and switch. Advertised 3.5% auto refi rates, just to ding my credit and offer me the same rate I already have. Don’t waste your time.

Waste of time Complete waste of time. Karma referred this Lender as a great option for an auto refi. I told the rep I wanted a lower rate and lower monthly. Autopay came back with a 4% HIGHER rate than I have AND extended terms. Completely useless.
Waste of Time This company waited until after they pulled my credit (770-800, income of 260k) and denied me due to an invalid MSRP. The MSRP of my vehicle is 87k and they used an MSRP of 75k. If that is the real reason for denying then they never should have pulled my credit. Do not recommend attempting to Refi through this company
Pointless They say they don't do hard checks unless YOU decide what terms you'd like. THAT IS A BIG LIE!!!!! So now I have hard checks on my credit from this company even though I was never given terms of any kind good or bad and I never gave them permission to do so. I went through Credit Karma as they said I have a "very good" approval odds. That is a big JOKE.
Bad I am echoing a review below which was my identical experience. False advertising. Don’t trust this company. Big promises of "we have you approved for your auto refinance!" give us your soc sec # and we will save you $50 a month on your car loan. I followed this up and gave them all my info as they kept me going then, once they had HARD HIT my credit (which is 750 by the way..or at least it WAS) I get a message saying "oops sorry, our rate came in higher than your current...we recommend you wait to refi)
Pretty scammy(if thats a word) Was looking to refinance for a better rate. 830 score and well in the positive for vehicle value vs loan. Was given a .20% lower rate than currently at around $60 more monthly. The worst part is the advertised rate to me via Credit Karma was 3.3 and means nothing. They will do a hard pull impacting your credit before you know any of the options/terms. Would stay away.
