Bait and Switch The process seemed to be running smooth until we had a contract in our hands. The refinance loan contract included GAP coverage and an extended engine warranty costing $3000 together. We said we wouldn't sign until we had time to go over those coverages to determine if we were interested in them. Very long, tedious, and false advertising I was approved for a loan, provided the credit union and rate. I completed all paperwork, including zoom call to update title documents. The whole process was very long and after 1 week from completing application I get a text saying I wasn't approved because of something on my credit report. How I'm the world was I approved if they didn't pull my report ?
Don’t believe them Don’t do it. They run your credit with over 15 banks and jacks with your score. What it says they will save you is not true.
WTF Not even worth a single star. What a SCAM. I am a 1099 employee and was strung along for weeks, signing all sorts of forms and paying for notary signatures BEFORE they bothered to verify my income approval that was good enough for their lenders. RUN do not walk away from this amateurish company.

AutoPay.com is a scam. Dont waste your time Applied for an auto loan refi. The pre-qual agent said my interest rate would likely be at least 1% less than my current rate. They ran my credit and then came back with a ridiculous loan offer which was only .5% less than my current rate with a shorter loan term. These guys scam you into believing you'll get a great rate and then hit you with a BS rate once they run your credit.
