SCAM Terrible. I refinanced our vehicles through them with PenFed. Our PRINCIPAL balances decreased by $5000. All we got for our 2 vehicles was $480 back from our old lender. Somehow or another, we got scammed. Stay away!
Terrible. Don’t trust their marketed auto “rates” Terrible. They lied about the auto loan rates offered online and over the phone. With an 800 credit score on a 72-mo $50k loan, they said it’d be 2.99%. After days of waiting and an hour of my time over the phone giving them my information so they could do an audit before offering a loan, they came back with 8%. Time consuming Extremely difficult from traditional lenders and slow to process. They expect the consumer to work hard than themselves.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AVOID autopay like the plague. Advertises pre-qualify without impact to your credit. LIES! They dinged my credit twice, then called me and made lame excuses why it happened. Also, the rate you'll get will most likely be higher than your current rate. USE CARIBOU. AVOID AUTOPAY to save a hassle and if you value your credit.
DONT DO IT! I chose not to provide my social security number and somehow they managed to do a hard pull through a credit union in NJ. And no where on the app did it say there would be a hard pull. Going to sue both them and the credit union. Even tho they came back with a decent rate I never authorized a hard pull.
Avoid Auto Pay Beware. They scammed me into buying a prepaid service plan and I am still paying full price through my mechanic. The auto specialist told me wrong information and now this whole service is not cancelable. Courtney lied to me just to get me to sign a contract. Do Not Engage - Terrible Service I don't write reviews, but I have to in order to prevent other folks from going through the painful experience. AutoPay takes forever to update application status, performs hard credit pulls off the bat, have loan to value ratios that make no sense (yes, vehicles depreciate right off the lot, but not by 50% within 5 months), and will not even provide rates. Never using them I hade a fair chance of approval for a lower interest rate with zero down. I apply for that reason. After running my credit and having me apply they let me know that I need to put $3400 down. Heck no. You can look up the blue book value without running credit. You can see someone’s credit without running credit. You can take these things into account before running someone's credit. Very much bait and switch with the buy in of running your credit.
