totally a joke i got an "already approved" offer from them for a 3.50% interest to refinance my car loan that is at 5.50%. when they checked my credit they offered a 8% rate, which was totally ridiculous. i also have a 800+ credit. all i got was a inquiry that will be remove in 2 years for nothing. it’s scam, be aware!
Bait and switch Lures you in by saying you are pre qualified etc and loan rates at 4.44%, then hits your credit score with a ton of inquiries, and due to the lower scores then says you qualify for 9.79% after they dropped your score. Stick to a legit bank or credit union.
Bait and Switch Ran my credit without my knowledge. Told me i was approved but didnt have a rate yet. Make up false excuses to not give you the rate you were outstanding of getting approved for.
Cut out the middle man. You’re better off just going through a lender directly. It seems simple and easy at the beginning but it just gets more and more complicated as you go. You loan agent will be nearly impossible to reach. I have been in a battle with Autopay and my supposed new Leander for 2 weeks now because they keep blaming eachother for “not having all the information”. Good thing is somehow my previous lender already got paid off but still have no information for how to setup payment or anything with my new lender.... read more
Scam They have all my information and credit karma allowed this to happen. I applied since it was at the top of the list to lower my car payments etc. now when I go to step two off the app it keeps saying error. I’m baffled that credit karma is allowing autopay to be apart of their professional platform. Wasting my time
Autopay is a SCAM Horrible. Autopay is a scam. They are NOT, I repeat, NOT a banking institution, although they told me they were a credit union. I came to find out that was a complete and total lie. I repeat. This is a scam.
False Advertising I received an offer of 5.19% for 84 months from my Credit Karma and after unlocking all 3 of my credit bureaus, was told I was approved. I was not surprised since my credit is in the high 800s. Then I received an email to call in to speak with Aaron H (he told me he is an auto loan broker). He asked me what my cure rate and payment was, I informed him it was 6.49% and that is why I am refinancing based on the lower rate and term they offered. He then told me that advertised rate is not available and could n... read more
Don’t Switch to AutoPay I switched to Autopay because Credit Karma suggested. It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lender. They never sent me any notification they took over my loan. I NEVER receive a monthly statements. When I do request a statement the billing method they use doesn’t make any sense. Oh, and they have super snarky and rude customer service reps.
