Deceitful business Beware of the old bait and switch. They do not honor interest rates advertised! They do a hard credit check and collect personal information before offering a much higher rate. Very deceitful business practice.
Waste of Time and Credit Inquiry Tried this service based on reviews. Applied to refinance a vehicle on Thursday morning. Reps called two times to go over the vehicles features. After I was told my terms were being modified without ever having gotten terms in the first place. Finally on Tuesday I was given an offer with a monthly payment that was $20 less than my current payment and 12 payments longer than my current loan term. Basically no savings. Fraud. Dont fall for it Sent me a mail saying that they are offering me a 5.49% rate. When I applied they did a hard credit inquiry and made me an offer of a higher interest rate of 7.5% with a lower payment and longer duration.
Fraudulent company. Sent me an offer to refinance my car loan at 3.5%. I accepted the offer and they ran my credit report. They said I had excellent credit but they do not offer car loans below my current rate of 5.9%. So basically they wasted my time and they added a hard inquiry to my credit report. They will not respond to my emails.
Don’t use this company Received two emails saying I’m approved and just need to collect some more info, called three or four times went right to voicemail, no answer, but the customer service rep wasn’t to busy to text me, two questions into the call and he said now I’m not approved, waste of time and some points, smh

Trash This company has been the worst experience for me and stressful. I've been frustrated since the day I refinance my vehicle nobody have given me answers to my account number, which allowed me not to be able to make a payment and causing me to be late and report to my credit, nobody have give me answers. Pointless. First - their website is terrible. You have to login using a "magic link" which doesn't work. I applied through CreditKarma but got an error. Never could login to their website except to see a message that there was an error and it had been logged. They never sent any documents with an APR or even what the monthly payment would be. What a waste of time. My advice would be to stay away.
