Never got back to me. Had to call them.. On top of that when I called back they required a co-signer? For a loan that I already have on my own? Also these guys are just a loan finding service/broker. They will run your credit then find a lender for you, they are not a lender themselves.
Waste of time Customer service was great and willing to help until I refused to by a warranty and gap from them. At least three different reps tried selling me these extra products and were hostile as soon as I stood my ground. Now, they aren't returning my messages and something that should've taken 2 weeks at the most has gone on for over a month and now my car payment is late. Awful company.
Fraudulent CreditKarma recommended AutoPay to refinance my Honda. They charged $2000+ for a Warranty and $800+ for Gap Insurance of which I have received no paperwork for Warranty or Gap Insurance. I call my Agent John Cooper who has now gone underground (won't answer phone nor reply to emails) to question where my $3000 went to. NO RESPONSE!! I have escalated to CREDIT KARMA and they do not want to know either. MY RECOMMENDATION DO NOT USE EITHER AUTOPAY NOR CREDIT KARMA.
Waste of time Everything was great until I refused to buy a warranty and gap through them. At least three reps called me trying to sell this to me. They're attitudes changed as soon as they realized I wasn't budging. Now a process that should've taken two weeks at the most has dragged on for 30+ days plus which now makes my loan late. Thanks
They try to sell you extended warranties and have a large processing fee. Not an honest company.
Terrible I am currently selling my truck to a private party that used Autopay for financing. Autopay told us a week to (10) days. Three weeks later, it will take another (14) days for the buyer to get the truck. That's (5) weeks from deal inception to title delivery. Why? Because Autopay sent a paper check to pay off what was left on my loan. They had wire instructions for my lender, and even sent me a wire payment for my part.

Can’t event get into contact with this company after receiving an email to call them to discuss further information regarding my inquiry for an auto refinance. Called once, after waiting on hold the phone was answered to no one talking to me but me listening to a conversation other people were having.
