Caution Read the fine print you may see lower payment and be blinded by that but with interest I would have ended up paying almost another $2500 for car. Told them to kick rocks.

Terrible Communication is bad with this company. I recieved a call from this company, just basic info needed for the loan. I was informed that I would know if I was approved within 24 hours. Going on a week with no response so I reached out to this company. I got a response back stating they are still processing my application and they will inform me if I've been approved. Still never heard anything back from this company. COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE.
Scam What they don't tell you until you go to sign is that that are adding an $850 protection plan on to your loan, plus gap insurance and other loads of bs you may not need without asking prior to your quote. They are reaping the majority of the interest rate you are thought to be saving. My "loan specialist" was instantly defensive when I used the word "shady" and started to get nasty. Extended my terms by almost 2 years.. Monthly payments offer was $40 less a month, but the loan was extended from 42 months to 60 months. Not a good enough offer for me. I declined. Dealt with Brian.
Horrible customer service.. After applying online, I decided to call the customer service number due to the fact that the final loan terms where completely different from the ones I had chosen at the beginning of the application. Horrible customer service.. So glad I had to call the customer service before completely submitting the application. I was able to see the horrible (and that’s an understatement) customer service they have. I can’t imahine having a loan with them and having to deal with that type of extremely unprofessional people they have managing their calls. Scam I started applying and the company offered a rate no where near what CreditKarma advertised. If this review is pulled, it is becuase CreditKarma is a scam site that doesn't deserve your time.
They don’t find your loan. Another does When you apply they use other requirements from other lenders within your area to get your approved. They have no control over the approval it’s all based off other financial institutions requirements. The process is not controlled by them. So you can be easily denied because they have no control .
