BEWARE!!!. I was told that I HAD to purchase the extended warrently due to refinancing my vehicle, WRONG! When I questioned the rep he backtracked on his original statement. Interest rate sounded great until I asked what the total balance would be over the course of the loan - Over $10,000 in interest! Do yourself a favor and RUN! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
Refinanced Car Absolutely avoid doing business with this company. I was very satisfied with the deal that I received originally. However, upon signing my contract, I noticed that they jacked up my APR rate higher than it was prior to refinancing the car, and my monthly payments were $60 more than what they said it would be. They're like dishonest car salesman I applied for a car refinance with these guys and everything was smooth at first. They told me they would refinance at a great rate and low monthly payment. When they sent the documents over, I couldn't access any of the document until it was time to sign them when one of their reps called, which gave me no time to review the terms. It’s all a LIE!!!. This company is all a LIE!! I was trying to refinance my car loan for the first time. And thank god! I didn’t do it! I went over the last paperwork Spenser had sent me through email. And guess what! He completely changed the apr and the amount of my monthly payments along with the total amount. They added about 2k extra to my loan Absolutley do not use these people. I owe more now then what I orginally had. If I would have known this I would have never refinanced through them. Save yourself the headache
shady customer service!!!. i needed to refi my car due to a pending home loan. working with this company was not fun from the get go. their website is terrible and then they straight out LIED multiple times throughout the process. they told me to "cash in" my previous car warranty and go with theirs... guess what, that's not a thing!!! then, when i wanted to cancel the warranty it was too late and now i have higher payments to live with. this company was terrible to work with and it took tons of calls and emails to which the... read more
