and was approved low-balled then countered with rates that were not worth changing for - and not done in the timeframes that they committed to over text and email. Then they seemed offended that I asked about the approval rates and the discrepancy and said they would decline. Poor business practices overall.

Horrible experience The only reason I kept up with this company is because their application process made a hardinquiryto my Credit which droped me 15-20 points, NOT worth it at all! I applied to to this institution thinking it was going to be great due to the reviews, absolutley wrong. The application process was smooth, someone called me to finish up what I had started. Stay AWAY Bad company.... been trying to write my long review from last night and have not been able to say what I want. Bottom line is the do not give you correct information and do not go with them. They lie for one and then give you false hope. I really believe its a scam!
Auto finance reseller / data-broker They are an automotive finance data-broker: they take your application and submit (resell) to participating banks. They pocket the difference between what they quote you and what you pay; they dont have the banking to service your loan...
False advertised a lower payment Advertised based on my credit info that my payment would be lowered by almost $100. Once I completed and submitted all my info, all offers presented were well above my current payment. Ads are just fishing for contact info.
The gentleman that took my loan information down was like an emotionless robot. Rude, short and interrupted me. The loan specialist was also unhelpful and unwilling to assist with the loan application to find a better rate. I’ve had better customer service at the post office.

Refinancing I would go with a different company regarldess of if i got approved or not. Customer service is TERRIBLE (KATIE) she so dry and unprofessional it's sad that they allow their employees to behave this way. Their resons for denying my application are completly invalid because when i got the car my credit was way worse and the car was worth way more (my income never changed). They are a sad excuse of a company.
