Scam Was given a quote that would have saved money by refinancing me vehicle. Final quote would have had me pay $3000 more than current loan. Can you say bait and switch!
The worst!. I was very happy when i first applied he was talking about my possibilities and rate, they checked my credit twice, it went down 4 points and when gabriel called me back he said i had to pay 1500 because my vehicle value went down and this and that and rate was over 5% iam very sad and dissapointed i refinanced last year with rategenius and it was a good experience sadly they can only do it one time, i will not recommend autopay, HE WAS NOT CLEAR
Incompetence at its finest What a great display of incompetence, dragging of feet, never a straight answer, only lies. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. Run away from these people.
Look Elsewhere –do NOT do business with Don't deal with this dodgy company. Got referred through credit karma but they were not professional at all. Online portal was broken where I submitted my info several times. When they didn't receive it I got a barrage of pushy text messages asking to send sensitive info via SMS (not secure) and finally an IT person emailed to help after I pushed back twice. ZERO communication If you aren't an ideal candidate with perfect credit they will blow you off. Not return phone calls etc.
Terrible I applied to refinance my car which owed roughly 7000$. They told me the only offer they had was 60months at 214$ a month. So long story short their "offer" was for me to pay 5000$ more than I was already going to. Terrible experience on the phone, and will never recommend this company to anybody.
The offers recommended to by Credit Market were bogus. The ARI was higher than my original car loan. I had to repeat my infornation over and over again. This was a waste of time. It was a bait and which game.
Tried to force warranty and gap insuranc Took several days to process. When I got the paperwork, there was warranty and gap insurance on it. I asked to have them removed and they just kept wasting my time and resending the same paperwork. Did not get the loan because they refused to redo the paperwork.
It does lower your score when they check Their website says they do a soft pull and don't hurt your credit but that's a lie. My score was lowered by two points. I've had my jeep for over a year and I wasn't accepted because they said they can't find proof I have a vehicle or any payment history. I can see every payment I've made on credit karma. See my good scores and 100% payment history. Their a load of crap.
