JUST to Pre Qualify I filled out an application online to pre qualify. Unfortunately, the webpage instructed me to then call in. The customer service IS HORRIBLE. Treated me as if I should be grateful for them to even THINK about refinancing through them. I asked him if he was having a good day, and yet MORE insults were thrown my way. Misleading!!!. I was prequaified and spoke to rep who assured me my credit would not have a hard inquiring until approved. Within 1 hour a credit union made a hard inquire. I called back sameday to withdraw my application and again told there would be no inquires. The following day another credit union attempted to pull my credit.
Terrible service Applied via CK. recieved a callback to finish my application then... silence.. I called in a few days later and got hung up on. When i tried calling back, another agent said we couldnt actually offer you a refi despite the CK advert, So their approach is ignore and avoid?
The loan itself is great. The process of getting this new loan went very well. Connor Mae was very helpful with everything I needed he was very fast he was very kind and courteous and he answered all of my questions. However apparently I did not ask all of the right questions. When I asked for the amount that was beening sent from my new loan holders to my current loan holders he withheld a couple thousand dollars without telling me. Fantastic transaction. My loan officer Connor was wonderful! He responded quickly, and made the transaction pleasant! Would highly recommend!
I'm not sure who is writing the reviews on here, but they are bogus. This is a scan artist company with horrible customer service. Google "autopay reviews" for legitimate reviews. Beware of this company!!!
The worst. I got a very nice young man and he went thru things with me and then they transfered mreto a young women that had a really bad attitude ,and the more i listened the more i was sure i was not going to do anything with this company .The lack of common courtesy and the i dont really give a crap attitude was very evident ,my credit is good and i have no problems getting a loan ,i was just lookin for a little better intrest rate ,
Bad customer service 1 during my first loan they mailed the payoff to a wrong address and were not helpful- I figured that was an isolated issue so I used them again and I was approved then told I was denied only to find out a few months later that I was approved- no one returns calls- the rating of on credit carma are high but I ask you to check other rating if’s for autopay as everyone complains about the customer service
False advertising and bad customer servi. They jack rates up after you get the loan so it ends up costing you more and customer service is horrible
